Vinod K Bapna is the Group Chief financial officer of Caparo India and the CEO of Caparo Maruti Limited. As Group CFO, Vinod oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury & structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions at Caparo India. Vinod joined Caparo India in 2019 and has been working closely with Caparo India senior leadership since his arrival.

Vinod has over 32 years of experience building and leading finance teams with industry leading companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining Caparo India, Vinod has worked at various leadership positions with AVTEC Ltd (A CK Birla Group Company), Spark Minda Group, NTN Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd. (A JV between NTN Japan and NEI Ltd.), National Engineering Industries Ltd (NEI).

Vinod graduated from Rajasthan University in Jaipur with a Bachelors in Commerce degree. Vinod is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA) and Company Secretary (CS) and he has passed the CA, CMA and CS in 1st attempt.

Praful is Chief Legal & Risk Officer, Caparo India and CEO, CSSG.

Praful joined Caparo in 2022. Prior to joining Caparo, he has worked with Mahindra Special services Group, where he oversaw Business intelligence and forensics. Praful has 13+ years of experience in a wide range of industries contributing in the domain of Fraud Risk & Forensics.

Praful is a Certified Fraud Examiner and LLB Degree holder along with Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, he has also earned the ISO 27001:2015 Information Security Management accreditation.

Praful’s astute analytical skills, and remarkable attention to detail have allowed him to solve some of the most perplexing and high-stakes cases in Organizational context.

Praful as a specialist in the function of risk mitigation has been actively involved in advising leading Indian businesses on how to mitigate fraud. These businesses have benefited greatly from his insightful observations and strategic initiatives, which have helped them reduce risk and acquire an edge in the marketplace. He is in charge of ensuring that the company's most important clients are properly cared for.

Lalit Joshi is the CEO of Caparo Stamping, ALF Foundry, Forging, Tool Room and CMISI. He joined Caparo India in Dec’ 2021.

Lalit is an Engineering professional with over 26 years of experience in managing all gamut of Operations which includes Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Project planning, New Product introduction, supply chain and Maintenance.

His area of expertise includes; Planning & execution of Projects for plant expansion, modernization, installation and commissioning; standardization of manufacturing processes and New product introduction and component development.

In his previous assignments prior to Caparo India, he has played key role in setting up new facilities including complete body shop, press shop etc. He has also contributed significantly for new product introduction and Industrialization- BS VI.

In past he has been associated with Organizations such as; Force Motors Ltd. (Pithampur), Caparo Engineering India Ltd (Pithampur & Singur) and Ashok Leyland Ltd. (Chennai). His most recent assignment was with VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Joint Venture) as General Manager – Operations.

Lalit has completed his B.E. from SGSITS, Indore.

Atul Jain is the CEO of Fasteners and Tubes business of Caparo India.

Atul joined the Caparo India in 2007 and since then has provided exemplary leadership to the business and marketing function in particular. Atul has been instrumental in providing stellar leadership in the areas of Business Strategy, Business Development and creating value proposition for the customer.

Atul has been pivotal in stepping up agility in Marketing function by using segmented approach through transformational initiatives. Atul brings to the table versatile experience in the field of Marketing, Budgeting, Project management, Product costing & market pricing. He has to his credit creating and sustaining customer connect strategically for almost all the segments.

Atul’s unique proposition is his ability to bring best in the people by creating avenues for their development and his purpose driven approach.

Atul Jain is qualified PGDBM in Marketing Function & Graduate, Computer science.

Sakshi Agarwal is the CHRO, Caparo India.

Sakshi joined Caparo India in 2015. As the leader of the People team, Sakshi supports the connection, development, and care for Caparo India employees. Her team oversees functions including talent development, talent acquisition, employee relations, capability building, compensation and D&I.

Prior to joining Caparo, her previous stint was with Voltas Limited (A Tata Enterprise), where she spent nearly 5 years and was responsible for managing the Engineering function in her role as HRBP.

Sakshi holds expertise at ideating, developing and deploying projects around Talent Acquisition, Hi Pot management, Engagement action planning, Capability building and HR Analytics. Her key strength is her active and result oriented engagement with senior leadership team and her in depth understanding of the business.

Sakshi has graduated in Commerce (Honours) from Rajasthan University and holds MBA in HR and MLL&LW from Pune University.

Amit Kapil is the Group Chief Technology Officer.

Amit joined Caparo India Operations in April, 2016 and has spent the past 7 years being an integral part of the growth journey of the organisation. He has worked extensively across group companies in India Region to make Information Technology key and significant enabler for business operations.

Amit has versatile experience of 28 years in IT and business domains of Supply Chain Management and Human Resources with proven track record of IT and Business transformations.

Prior to joining Caparo India, he was associated with Tenneco (Formerly known as Federal- Mogul) as Head Applications, APTIV (formerly known as Delphi) as India Country Manager for IT, GE Lighting as Regional IT Executive, Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL) as Systems Trainee and Brooke Bond India Limited (BBIL) as Systems Trainee.

Amit is Graduate from Delhi University, Certified Project Manager from Project Management Institute (PMI) and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT.

Amit loves to drive cross country, a travel enthusiast, practice running, love spending time with family & friends and a follower of outdoor sports.

Shanti Swaroop Pradhan is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Vice Chairman, Caparo India and Head of Administration. With over 14 years of overall experience and almost four years with Caparo India, Shanti is one of the most important cogs in the wheel of the company.

His key strength is effective Communication with all the internal and external stakeholders, Shanti serves as a primary point of contact, effectively conveying the Chairman's directives, decisions, and priorities to all concerned. His excellent interpersonal skills foster collaboration and alignment across various teams and departments.

He stays updated with industry trends and best practices, honing his skills to provide the Chairman & VC with exceptional support and expertise.

Shanti exemplifies the values and professionalism of Caparo India. His dedication and contribution enable our organization to thrive and succeed in a competitive environment.

Prior to joining Caparo India, Shanti has worked with the industry leading organisations like AIS Glass Ltd., Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. (The Times of India Group), POSCO India Pvt. Ltd.

He has done his Bachelors in Technology in Information Technology from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.

Raman Chopra is the CEO & Director of Caparo Power Limited.

Raman joined Caparo India Operations in July, 2009 and has spent the past 14 years in being an integral part of the growth journey of the organisation. He has worked extensively across various group companies in the realm of Finance, particularly in the fields of Fund Raising, Cash Flows, Working Capital Management, Business Strategies and Financial Planning & Analysis. His most recent assignment was Deputy CFO- Caparo India Operations.

Raman has an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication and an MBA in Finance with dual specialization in Marketing. Prior to joining Caparo, he was associated with Reliance Capital as part of their Investment Management team and Unitech Machines as a Production Assistant Engineer.

Raman is an avid reader, a travel enthusiast, a running aficionado and a follower of outdoor sports.

Monika Malik is the Chief Procurement Officer, Caparo India.

Monika joined Caparo India Operations in 2016. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including RM sourcing and procurement initiatives, spend management, capital expenditure and operating expenditure, as well as contract management and risk assessment.

Prior to joining Caparo India, she had 15 years of experience in procurement functions with Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd. She has a strong background in procurement and supply chain, specifically in the areas of strategic sourcing, project procurement and vendor management, and cost savings initiatives.

Monika is recognized for her ability to implement best practices that generate savings and drive innovative purchase solutions, resulting in improved customer service.

Monika holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, Haryana and an MBA with dual specialization in finance and material management from M.D. University, Rohtak, Haryana which provides her with a solid foundation in both financial acumen and procurement strategies.
